Gairbraid Medical Practice

Dr Garvie and Partners have decided to change their name to Gairbraid Medical Practice. As we are moving into the new Health Centre that was once the home of Gairbraid Primary School, we feel that this is a fitting reminder of the past for us to bring forward into the new Health Centre.

Gairbraid Medical Practice (Dr Garvie and Partners) is a long established family friendly medical practice committed to giving its patients the highest quality service.

We have two very highly trained practice nurses who are able to offer a range of services including childhood immunisations, family planning (including Implanon), minor ailments and care of patients with chronic conditions both in the practice and at home if needed.  Our GPs are able to offer continuity of care and have special interests - Dr Garvie provides accupuncture for pain relief, Dr Neylon has an interest in breast problems and minor surgery which she is able to provide within the practice setting.  Dr MacLean is Medical Director at the National Stadium Sports Medicine Centre at Hampden and has vast experience in dealing with sports related medical problems.  We are a GP Training Practice and have specialist GP Registrars working with us to complete their training.  We have late appointments on a Monday evening and are able to offer our full range of services outwith normal working hours.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the left hand side.
