Texting Service

We operate a texting service to all our patients to remind them of appointments or clinics that we run, we require your UK mobile phone number (we are unable to text or call non-uk numbers) to do this.

This facility also allows you to cancel your appointment via your phone, which saves you time.

If you have not provided us with your mobile number or have changed this recently please update the details on the Communication Consent Form (we require your consent to contact you via text for any health campaigns we may run), we will then update your records.

In order to comply with new Data Protection guidelines, we perodically send texts to all patients who we hold a mobile telephone number to request consent. If you have any difficulty in “opting in” for text messages, please phone reception who will be happy to add your consent to your medical records.
