From the 1st of October 2019 we will be introducing a new way of caring for our patients. This will mean when you contact the practice for an appointment, your contact details will be taken and a GP will phone you back and appropriately appoint you.
A brief description will be asked of you by reception staff. We do need this to ensure that you are dealt with. If you do not wish to disclose the reason for your appointment, you will still be triaged but maybe not as urgently as you should be, or it may be a nurse appointment would be more suitable, e.g for contraception, BP, asthma.
In order to facilitate this change during the month of September, some non-urgent appointments will be triaged by our GP Partners.
